"When I purchased my Freedom camper 22 months ago you told me to ‘make sure I use the camper’. Just thought I would let you know that I have clocked up just over 20000ks and every kilometre has been fun and everything I had hoped for and more."

"When we had our 'Dreamtime' refitted we asked for two extra solar panels (total of four) because we like to stay as long as possible freedom camping. We have just got round to putting them to the test and thought you may be interested in the results to answer queries from future customers. We drove to a DOC camp in the Kauaeranga Valley near Thames on Friday 5th Feb and weres able to stay there without any 230v power until Monday 15th, a total of 10 nights. The weather was not brilliant, patchy sun and cloud every day and even the occasional drizzle. The fridge was left on the whole time and we watched TV or videos for two to three hours each night although we were very frugal in the use of cabin lights, we use a couple of solar powered torches for internal light to save the batteries. The voltage was down to 12v each morning but by late afternoon had crept back up to 13.5-14v, we are more than pleased with the results and would recommend extra solar panels to anyone who wishes to extend their stay of freedom camping.
We are having a great time in our Dreamtime, thanks again to you all for the continuing great service."

"A couple of weeks ago we had our Motor-home into the factory to have the panel joints re-sealed. The van now looks good, I realised what great staff your organisation has and how happy they all seemed. It was exactly 3 years since we picked up our vehicle from your sales office, and Sue helped Pam load our gear, this time she greeted us like "old friends" and gave us a tour of the vans you were preparing for sale. All the tradesmen seemed happy in their work. On the occasions we have rung your office, it is always great to be remembered by Annette, and made to feel welcome. This great after sale attention will certainly influence us when the time for a replacement vehicle arrives. Keep it up, I know great staff result from great management, and a happy workplace is a great asset." -

"Further to our conversation this afternoon, we wish to thank you for your prompt response to our question re servicing of our 2005 Ford Transit Van purchased from KEA in January 2009. We cannot praise the campervan enough, we have since January travelled many kms, with no problems and not a trip goes by without one of us commenting on how well designed and planned the vehicle is, both for the "lady" of the van with its careful kitchen design and for the driver and "man" things that men are so smitten with in a vehicle. We feel safe with the knowledge of the Platinum Plus cover in the event of any mishap and we once more thank you Tony for all your input, it has been so appreciated."

"Just a wee note to you, by way of thanks, in regard to the manner displayed by you throughout the whole motorhome purchase and after sale experience. From the very first, both Julie and I were made to feel at ease with you. A different experience I must add, not the usual used vehicle dealer style, which we all know about. We were struggling to find as close as to what we thought was the IDEAL camper, having looked at most places, at most styles, and most prices, it came down to just two brands, both 4 berth - Jayco and KEA Campers. The end result being a KEA Campers, reason, largely because of your sales style, your professionalism and the quality of the product you had on display. Lastly, it is nice to see the old ”hand shake” deal is still alive, and well, it is good to do business with one whom understands these values. Thanks Paul, both Julie and I look forward to meeting up with you in the near future "

"Here is a photo of our beautiful motorhome taken at Hahei beach, Coromandel. We have just had our first 4 nights away, and all went extremely well. The underlay is very comfortable, we slept really well up in our bed, better than we thought we would. We can't believe how comfortable we were, a home away from home! We are off to the South Island in November, so I'm sure we will have some awesome photos we can email you from there. Thanks again, we think you are wonderful, and will promote KEA Campers to the max everywhere we go! A motorhome is a big investment, and we are so glad we made it with you :)."

Now this is what we call camping! Happy KEA owners Andy and Sandy have been all over the place. This spot, at Lake Maraetai, is just one of the magical camping places they have found.
"Just thought I would drop you a short note to thank all of you at Kea Campers for the assistance you gave us recently when we had the broken spring and smashed head light. The service we received was wonderful. It was an extra bonus when we discovered that the motorhome had also been washed, the side-step rebolted (It was wobbly) and the exhaust repaired, all at no extra charge . One cannot get better service than that. It made us feel quite special."
- Alice, Onehunga
"We bought one of KEA's excellent second hand 6 berth campers in October 2007, after careful appraisal of what the camper market had to offer. Living in Nelson meant we had to deal through your Christchurch office for the initial purchase of the vehicle... One of the reasons we dealt with your firm was we had very good reports of your follow up service. Our experience has been that this is indeed the case. We would like to comment on the excellent service provided by your South Island Manager, Tony Sutton. Nothing is too much trouble for him, and at all times he has been courteous, helpful and a pleasure to do business with."
- S. Clark

"We love our Kea camper, it takes it to all the places we like to go. We were very happy with the service provided at the time of sale, and are happy with the ensuing follow up contact. When we purchased it we thought that we would only keep it a few years then we would buy a bigger one. But we are not ready to give it up yet!"
- Heather & Max
"We love our KEA and are proud to be part of the family."
- Carol & John
"Just wanted to let you know that we are thrilled with our campervan – had a long weekend away at the beach – everything is great!"
- Rob & Pauline, Tauranga
My Motorhome I'm sitting in the driver's seat and I'm happy as a lark;
Rolling down the highway or stopping in a wayside park.
I've left behind the things in life that don't matter any more;
I don't look back and yearn for the life I had before.
